The following terms and conditions are applicable for all orders granted to the seller (TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG). The written form is required in all cases unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs and include statutory value added tax unless stated otherwise.
The shipping of goods from the Conte Hockey warehouse is carried out by courier service or post after receipt of payment. Risk passes to the customer with provision of the goods for shipping. Claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded.
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until receipt of payment in full.
Exchanges and claims can only be considered within 8 days after receipt of the goods. Withdrawal must be made in writing or via return of the goods delivered. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice / order documents. The goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
The products are subject to errors, price changes or minor modifications. The colour of the items depicted may vary.
TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG shall be responsible exclusively for damage caused deliberately or due to gross negligence. Any liability is excluded for TFS for direct, indirect or consequential damage loss of profits or loss of earnings, insofar as this is permitted by law.
We only store data that are required in the context of business transactions. The purchaser explicitly grants the seller the right to use the data for their own advertising purposes. The seller is obliged to treat all personal information as confidential and must not disclose this to third parties.
Advance payment: if payment is not made within 8 days the order is cancelled.
The place of jurisdiction for both contract parties is Kirchberg / SG.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and other fees may apply, which are not included in the total price. These costs shall be borne in full by the customer.

Contesports is entitled to make use of the user data that is collected for its own marketing and advertising purposes. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use the information that is required (or that is specifically disclosed by you) to send our newsletter to you on a regular basis, in accordance with the consent that you have given. So-called social media plug-ins are integrated into our website, from providers such as Facebook. This program can be recognised by the logo of the relevant social network. No connection to social network servers is created simply by accessing our site, as the logos are merely a graphic representation. If you use the plug-in, a connection to the network will be created, and the data of the image that you wish to share with your friends will be transmitted to the social network server. Contesports will retain users' personal data for as long as appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable laws, or for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Contesports will delete personal data as soon as it is no longer required and in any event upon expiry of the legally specified maximum retention period.
Users are entitled, by making a request in writing and providing a copy of an official identification document, to receive information about the personal data held about them at any time. Moreover, users have the right to correct their personal data, if this data is inaccurate or outdated. They are further entitled to require the deletion of their personal data. This entitlement is, however, subject to any legal or contractual obligation. Finally, users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

With credit card: Christmas orders of personalized items (fan jerseys, mini jerseys, gym bags etc.), which we will receive by 10am on Friday 13th of December 2024, will be sent by A-Post on Friday 20th of December 2024. (Attention: Premium jerseys must be ordered by Friday 29th of November 2024 at 10am).
Orders of personalized items later than that will be sent on Friday 17th of January 2025 due to New Years Holiday of the production company.
Orders for stock items must arrive by 12pm on Friday 20th of December 2024 to be sent the same day by A-Post or DHL. Orders arriving later than that will be sent after the New Years Holiday on Tuesday 2nd of January 2025.
With advance payment: Please note that the prepayment is not the date of order, but the receipt of payment in our bank account. For a safe and prompt delivery, please settle the amount by credit card.
