Fidirulla homemade pasta is made by hand in Switzerland according to a tradition of over 100 years.

The durum wheat semolina of the highest quality is processed with special templates. This keeps the pasta supple and the surface porous, allowing the various sauces to be absorbed in an ideal way.

The traditional drying process is gentle and slow, which is no longer practiced in current industrial production.
The pasta production uses high quality ingredients such as durum wheat semolina, flour, free-range eggs, fresh and dried herbs and spices and vegetables from the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch. Without preservatives.
The coloring of the pasta is obtained without the addition of artificial coloring agents.
